Workshops

All of Lantern’s workshops are psychologically informed. This approach encapsulates the understanding that we are all affected by the world around us, and the relationships we hold, and this in turn impacts on our wellbeing.

Our workshops are two to three hours in duration and can be delivered online, on-site or in another location as part of an event. There will always be time available at the end of the session for informal discussion and personal support.
