Sleep
OVERVIEW:
Sleep is the cornerstone of good health, both physically and mentally. When it is not available to us it can impact our brain function, memory, blood pressure, stress levels, tolerance and resilience.
Good sleep, as well as poor sleep, can also be habit forming. This means that it is possible to ‘retrain the brain’ and improve our sleep practices to achieve better overall health and wellbeing.
