Self Care

OVERVIEW:

Self-care is a term that is used freely but can mean many different things. In these terms it refers to our dimensions of wellbeing and the maintenance of them.

There can be many different reasons for poor self-care including our underlying belief systems. It can be helpful to look at these in order to make positive changes to the way we care for ourselves.
