Your Lantern Event Manager will work with your HR Team to create a bespoke event diary, which can be a combination of company business, Lantern workshops and well-deserved R&R. We aim to provide a supportive and safe environment, which is not only informative but also empowers staff with psychotherapeutic insight and new skills to take away.

We love to source venues with a warm and welcoming environment, with an emphasis on holistic health. Many of our rural locations provide an opportunity to try outdoor activities like hiking and horse riding, or for the more adventurous kayaking and coasteering! Or choose one of our luxury venues with spa facilities to really pamper your team.

Lantern can provide all logistics support for your retreat, including travel, local information, and individual needs. Your Lantern Event Manager will be on hand during the event to facilitate a smooth transition between presentations, workshops and activities, with additional Lantern staff, depending on the size of the group.
