Resilience

OVERVIEW:

Emotional resilience is the ability to ‘bounce back’ from difficult experiences (such as global pandemics!) that can ‘trigger’ an emotional response from us. It is being able to cope with things that happen to us and around us. In order to understand our own resilience we need to understand what resilience means in a practical sense and then learn the tools to maintain it.
