Intuition

OVERVIEW:

Intuition is an innate ability within all of us to connect to our own instincts and use them to inform our thinking and decision making. Often referred to as a gut instinct, we can find ourselves disconnected from it and doubting ourselves.

As part of our overall wellness, it is important to understand our intuition and have the confidence to trust in it.
