Confidence & Self Esteem
OVERVIEW:
As one of the cornerstones to good mental health, self-esteem and confidence can be viewed through the lens of a trauma informed approach. Working with practical cognitive behavioural therapy tools, this training looks at the things we tell ourselves and how we might make positive interventions. This course is designed to help teams improve their general wellbeing through understanding what impacts on their internal world, which in turn affects their mental health.
