OVERVIEW:

This course examines what the terms anxiety and stress mean in the modern world. Lantern teaches, in a trauma-informed way, about anxiety and stress at work, its impact on individuals and teams, and its effect on general wellbeing.

Lantern looks at the benefits of a work/life balance approach. Broken down into useful practical parts, we offer people new ways of identifying the symptoms and causes of anxiety and stress before they lead to burnout. We spend time discussing the development of tools to help manage anxiety and stress, and how people can use these methods in their personal lives and as a team.
