Anxiety

OVERVIEW:

Anxiety is essentially the worry we have about something happening to us or someone else. It can differ greatly from person to person and manifest itself at any stage of life and in a huge variety of ways. It can take the form of intrusive thoughts, difficult feelings and challenging behaviours but tends to always want to catastrophise in order to prepare us for the worst.

With the right tools in our toolkit anxiety is something we can not only address, but also improve and manage in order to maintain peace of mind.
